Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Maun to the Okavango Delta
Meet your guide in Maun, transfer by 4×4 to the boat station and continue by motorboat into the Okavango Delta. Enjoy a packed lunch on the way and, depending on arrival time, an evening activity before a freshly prepared dinner at camp.
Day 2: Mokoro, Guided Walk and Xaxaba Visit
Set out early by mokoro with your guide and local polers, then explore an island on foot. Learn to recognise tracks, plants and birds while looking for the wildlife of the Delta.
After brunch and time to rest, travel towards Xaxaba for a cultural visit and an introduction to basket weaving. All water activities are subject to seasonal levels and local safety conditions.
Day 3: Delta Walk, Boat Transfer and Moremi
Begin with breakfast and a final guided walk in the Delta. Return to Maun by boat, meet your safari vehicle and continue to Moremi Game Reserve, a drive of approximately three hours depending on road conditions and wildlife encounters.
Arrive at camp for dinner, a warm shower and the first of two nights in Moremi.
Day 4: Moremi Morning and Afternoon Game Drives
Explore Moremi during an early game drive, searching its floodplains and woodland for elephants, buffalo, antelope, lions, leopards and birdlife. Return to camp for brunch and a rest before heading out again in the afternoon.
Pause to enjoy the evening light, then return to camp for dinner.
Day 5: Moremi to Maun
After an early breakfast, leave camp and travel back through Moremi towards Maun. Enjoy a packed brunch en route and a final chance to observe the reserve before drop-off at Maun Airport or your Maun accommodation.
